If you are unable to find the relevant element in your search of the Knowledge Bank, please get in contact with your entity allocated Ducharme Consultant whom will be able to assist or submit a support ticket for further support.

Please refer to your Service Level Agreement for technical and ad hoc support as part of your e-solution licenses. This may include technical accounting support, such as alignment of trial balances, manual narratives and values from non-TB data, correction of allocation of general ledger transactions reported by the e-solution, or other maintenance / support elements excluded per our proposal remains the responsibility of the entities.

If you would like to suggest any possible additional system features, this can also be submitted to the Dynamic AFS administrator.
