Under Report section, the core elements include:
Report section | Details |
Financial Summary | The financial summary is the Item segment view of the entity for the set period, split per the Project-, Region-, Item-, Fund-, and Cost-segment views.  Drill down up to posting level on the Item segment data can be performed by clicking on the applicable line entry. When hovering over the narrative, the applicable mSCOA definition is also shown. Various periods can be set via the ‘Set Period’ button on top.  |
Departmental Summary | The Departmental Summary is the segment view of the entity for the set period. This allows for up to 3 departmental views to be locked on the applicable segment views.  When selecting new departments, please use the ‘Refresh data’ functionality to update the display data.  Drill down up to posting level on selected data can be performed by clicking on the text line. To roll-up data again, the text can be clicked again to level required. |

Financial Health overview | Tabular comparison of the key item segment value, compared against actuals, budget (original, budget and the MTREF data). |
Current ratio | Provide details of the comparison of the current assets to current liabilities. |
Operating ratio | Provide details on the comparison of operating expenses to revenue. |
Financial Health report | A download of the Financial Health Report. |
